A big thanks to everyone who came to our launch party on saturday 19th march.

we’re planning the biggest and best crouch end festival yet!! here’s what we’ve got lined up so far, with plenty more to come…

Saturday June 11th: come down to Hornsey Town Hall for an Arts & Crafts market with stalls selling goods made by talented locals, plus food and drink. We have the BIG STAGE set up for music and entertainment and local schools will be putting on a programme of music. Later we present the ever-popular Zombie Walk through Crouch End, followed by the film GREASE on our outdoor big screen.

Sunday June 12th: Crouch End’s very own Food Market with tasty artisan treats by local traders. It’s also Music Day so you can hear a variety of musicians playing everything from jazz to country to pop all day on the big stage outside Hornsey Town Hall.

Saturday 18th: a special London Goes Latin community festival  packed with events from a wake-you-up Zumbathon, to film screenings, children’s entertainment, talks, classes… through to a late-night Latin party.

Sunday 19th is Family Day – with plenty of activities for you and children of all ages to enjoy – full kid-tastic programme listed on here soon.

Of course that’s just the stuff that the Crouch End Festival team organise. The rest is up to you. We’d love you to get involved and organise an event any time over the festival. Pick from a huge number of local venues… from the Library to Earl Haig Hall to the numerous cafes and bars, to shops, recording studios… even phone boxes… hmm, time to get thinking, folks.

How you can get involved…..

1. Contact us on this site if you would like to run a stall at the Craft Market or Food and Drink Market. Or if you would like to sponsor the festival.

2. Calling all musicians: if you would like to play on the big stage outside the Town Hall on Music Day, we’ll be putting application forms onto the site soon.

3. Organise your own event, whether it’s a workshop, a play… and register it at any time over the festival dates, at any local venue. Just follow the Event Registration link.

4. We always welcome volunteers to join our friendly team. Anything from putting up and taking down gazebos, to distributing programmes, manning the festival stall at the festival, in fact the possibilities are endless. We’re also looking for volunteers to help us decorate Crouch End in suitable festival finery. Enthusiasm more important than artistic talent (although we welcome the latter too!).
