Frances Hodgson Burnett is today world-famous as the author of The Secret Garden but her life remains largely unknown to most people. This one-woman play presents her life in her own words and there will be readings from books including That Lass O’Lowrie’s, A Little Princess, Making of a Marchioness, Little Lord Fauntleroy and of course The Secret Garden. The text is underscored throughout by celtic harp and accordion.
