Wellbeing Festival

Not only is there to be a special wellbeing festival day, but Richard Emmerson has organised daily events happening throughout the festival week. You will be able to attend morning talks on wellbeing practices, nutrition and more. There will be special yoga sessions in the Town Hall too. Exciting programme to come!!
