About the Event

Starring Crouch End 2 – our past and present on screen

A new selection of films and clips about our local history - new discoveries and one or two old favourites with live commentary from Professor Ian Christie

Following sold out screenings in 2015, we bring you a new selection of shorts and clips from the story of Crouch End and its surroundings – with a couple of favourites kept in.

The programme includes the award-winning ‘Seven Days A Week’ by Tal Amiran – a portrait of our local paper seller Paul.  See trailer below.

Presented by Professor Ian Christie, film historian, founder of Birkbeck College’s London Screen Study Collection and fellow Crouch Ender.

Hornsey Town Hall Council Chamber.  Running time: 90 mins
